Description
This unique organic balsamic vinegar is created by three traditional products: the Agiorgitiko variety grapes, red grape vinegar and petimezi (must from sour black grapes). This dynamic mixture follows the steps of PDO Nemea wine and ages in French oak barrels for three years. The result is a pure balsamic vinegar with complex aromas of vanilla and spices ideal to marinate game meats, fatty fish and to spice up green salads with nuts and dried fruits.
