Since 1972, the Naoumidi family has been dedicated to showcasing the true essence of vegetables by producing handmade products using local pepper varieties.

In Agios Panteleimonas, Florina, at an altitude of about 600 meters, they cultivate red peppers on seventy acres. These peppers are processed and prepared in their stone facility. To ensure quality and authenticity, they maintain their own seedbed.

Florina peppers are distinctive for their width and thick flesh. They are short, averaging no more than thirteen centimeters, and have a sweet flavor. Grown in dry microclimates, their roots are in the prefecture of Florina. Over the years, they have distinguished themselves among many hybrid varieties and are recognized in the European market.

A key quality of Naoumidi peppers is that they are not milled. Instead of using burners or laundry methods for peeling, we grill them for twenty minutes and peel them by hand. This careful process ensures the freshness of our pepper products.
