Born and raised in the city of Shizuoka, Japan, Hiromi grew up with a deep appreciation for the simple joys of fresh seafood and green tea. Her passion for hospitality grew through her studies and work in California and Vancouver, which ultimately led her to the Middle East, where she pursued a career in Hospitality Management. It was there that she met her husband, who introduced her to the rich traditions of Greece.
Hiromi not only found love in Greece but also developed a profound connection with its people, culture, and cuisine. Today, she considers Greece her third home, and she embraces its vibrant way of life with the same passion that has driven her throughout her career.
